Martin Associates is a Union contractor signed on with the Steamfitters Local 638 Union. We also are very involved with our contractor association, Mechanical Contractors Association.

Anthony Bell currently serves as Senior Vice President and has been on the Board of Directors for the last 16 years.

Bonding

Travelers Insurance Company underwrites our bonds.

Current line is  $50,000,000 single/$100,000,000 aggregate.

Insurance

Nationwide underwrites our General Liability & Umbrella. Our limits are $2,000,000/$4,000,000 on our primary with a $10,000,000 Umbrella. 

Our Workers Compensation is with the New York State Insurance Fund and our EMR (Experience Modification Rating) is slightly under 1.00.
